Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Cambridge Primary Portal at studyquest.co.in (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

The Service provides learning material for Cambridge Primary Grades 1–5. Accounts must be created and operated by a parent, guardian, teacher or other adult, who is responsible for any use of the account by a child in their care.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not share your account credentials or let others use your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@studyquest.co.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, download in bulk, redistribute, resell or publicly post our worksheets, videos or other material.
• Attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or another user’s account.
• Probe, scan, overload or otherwise interfere with the Service or the servers running it.
• Upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content, or anything unsuitable for children.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content or user data.

4. Content and intellectual property

All worksheets, videos, tutorials and Olympiad material on the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. On purchase or access, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for the private educational use of the learners in your household or classroom. All other rights are reserved.

5. Payments, premium content and refunds

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and payments are processed by Razorpay. Your use of Razorpay is also subject to their terms.
• Purchasing premium content grants access to that content for the period stated at the time of purchase.
• Because content is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. If content is faulty, inaccessible or not as described, contact us at support@studyquest.co.in within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request in good faith.
• We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running reliably, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Material is provided for educational support and does not guarantee any particular academic result.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or unlawfully.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
